Customer prep

Before your mobile detail.

A few simple steps help Detail Dudez quote accurately, work efficiently, and get the best result possible.

Quick checklist

Do this before we arrive.

These steps keep the appointment smooth and help prevent delays, missed areas, or quote surprises.

1. Remove personal items

Take out valuables, paperwork, loose change, car seats when possible, tools, and anything you do not want moved.

2. Confirm access

Make sure the vehicle, boat, RV, or motorcycle is reachable and there is enough room to work safely.

3. Mention problem areas

Tell us about pet hair, stains, odors, sand, love bugs, tar, sap, oxidation, water spots, or heavy buildup.

4. Plan for weather

Florida weather can change quickly. Detail Dudez confirms timing if rain, storms, heat, or unsafe conditions affect the job.

5. Water and electric

Tell us whether water/electric access is available, not available, or unknown. Some jobs may need a different setup.

6. Keys and instructions

If you will not be home, arrange keys, gate codes, parking instructions, and the best way to reach you.

Boats, RVs & motorcycles

Specialty jobs need better notes.

For larger or specialty work, include length, storage location, finish condition, access restrictions, and photos when possible.
